How does the free trial work?

All new teams get 14 days of free access. After the trial, if you have 10 or fewer Monthly Active Users, you stay on the Starter plan forever. If you have more than 10 MAU, you'll need to set up payment for the Business plan.

What are Monthly Active Users (MAU)?

MAU counts unique team members who give or receive cheers in a calendar month. We track this automatically and only charge for active users, not your entire team.

When am I billed?

Billing is calculated at the end of each calendar month based on your MAU count. For Business plans, you pay $1.50 per Monthly Active User with no minimum charge. Payments are processed automatically via Stripe.

What happens if payment fails?

If payment fails, your service is paused immediately. Update your payment method in the billing portal to resume service. No grace period is provided to ensure fair usage billing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. If your MAU drops to 10 or fewer after cancellation, you'll automatically move to the Starter plan.

What about Enterprise pricing?
