Slack workspace admins and owners manage Cheers from the dashboard or right inside Slack. You can also make team managers responsible for approving their own team’s reward requests.
Yes. Insights shows your participation and coverage rates and lists anyone who hasn’t been recognised yet. Your dashboard also flags new team members who haven’t received a cheer.
Anyone who gives or receives a cheer in a calendar month. People who don’t take part that month aren’t counted, so you never pay for quiet seats.
Cheers only works in channels it has been invited to, public or private. It never reads DMs.
